A Private School Marketing Agency Measured by Submitted Applications

Taylor Wiz Marketing is an enrollment marketing agency for independent private and faith-based schools. We run Meta advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and our outreach team contacts every parent inquiry within 15 minutes during business hours. That team works with each family until they submit an application. We report one number: your cost per submitted application. Your admissions team takes it from there, with tours, interviews, acceptance, and enrollment.

What does a private school marketing agency actually do for enrollment?

Most agencies in this category sell brand work, websites, and traffic. Those matter, but they stop before the step that fills a seat. A parent who clicks an ad and fills out an inquiry form still has to be called, answered, and guided to an application. At most schools, that step waits on an admissions office that is also running tours, re-enrollment, and financial aid.

Taylor Wiz covers that gap. We run the ads, and we also make the first call.

  1. Meta advertising. Campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, aimed at families in your enrollment area. Paid Advertising
  2. Parent outreach. A dedicated team contacts every inquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, and by the next business day otherwise, never later than 48 hours. They answer questions and help the family through to a submitted application. Parent Outreach
  3. Enrollment websites. Inquiry and application paths built to convert on a phone. Enrollment Websites
  4. Creative and video. Ads and video that show your school the way families actually experience it. Creative and Video

What does a submitted application cost?

Across 20 Taylor Wiz school accounts, from October 2025 to August 2026, a submitted application cost $103 in ad spend on average. The cost was the same in October to March as in April to July: $103 in both windows. These accounts are charter schools. We will publish a private school figure once we have enough private school data to report it honestly.

Method: total Meta ad spend divided by applications marked submitted in our CRM, counted only in months with at least $300 in ad spend. The full method is on Cost Per Enrolled Student.

How to use this number. You know your own application-to-enrollment rate. Multiply the two and you have your true marketing cost per enrolled student. Compare that with one year of tuition, or with the ESA award a family brings. In Texas, the standard 2026-27 ESA award for a student at a participating private school is $10,474, set by the Texas Comptroller.

Why is ESA money a marketing problem, not just a policy change?

Education savings accounts put public money in parents' hands to spend on private school tuition. The money only reaches a school when a family knows about the program, chooses that school, and completes an application. Every one of those steps is a marketing step.

  1. The programs are large. EdChoice counts 18 states with an ESA program, serving more than 500,000 students (Schooling in America, 2026).
  2. Awareness is low. In the same EdChoice survey, 50% of parents said they were unsure whether their state has an ESA program. Yet 65% said they would use one if they could.
  3. Texas is the newest and largest. More than 257,000 students applied for Texas Education Freedom Accounts in the first window. On August 13, 2026, the Texas Comptroller announced that 101,600 students had received funding, with more than 100,000 still on the waitlist.
  4. Most early ESA users were already in private school. In Arizona, about 70% of newly eligible ESA students were already enrolled in a private school, as reported by EdWeek in January 2026. Families in public schools are the market that has not been reached yet, and reaching them takes outreach.

What changes on January 1, 2027?

The federal scholarship tax credit takes effect on January 1, 2027. Individual taxpayers can claim a dollar-for-dollar federal credit of up to $1,700 for donations to scholarship granting organizations in states that opt in. At least 27 states have opted in, according to the IRS announcement of June 8, 2026. In many of those states, 2027 is the first year a large amount of scholarship money reaches private school families. Schools that already have an inquiry-to-application process running will be ready for it.

Who is Taylor Wiz a fit for, and who is it not for?

A fit for:

  1. Independent private and faith-based schools that want more submitted applications.
  2. Schools in ESA, voucher, or tax-credit scholarship states that need to reach families who have never considered private school.
  3. Schools where inquiries currently wait days for a first call.

Not a fit for:

  1. Schools that want brand or awareness work only, with no inquiry follow-up.
  2. Schools that want an agency to report enrollments. We report submitted applications, because that is the step we control. Enrollment is your admissions team's decision.

How does it work?

  1. Strategy call. A 15 to 30 minute call about your enrollment goals, your application calendar, and the families you serve.
  2. Campaign build. We build Meta campaigns and creative for your enrollment area.
  3. Inquiry capture. Parent inquiries arrive in our system with the ad that produced them attached.
  4. First contact in 15 minutes. Our outreach team calls and texts each family within 15 minutes during business hours.
  5. Application support. We answer questions and guide the family to a submitted application.
  6. Handoff to your school. Your admissions team receives the application and takes the family through tours, acceptance, and enrollment.
  7. Reporting. You see submitted applications and cost per submitted application, by month and by ad.
