Best Private School Marketing Agencies in 2026: 7 Agencies Compared
There is no single best private school marketing agency. The right one depends on what your school needs: an agency that builds your website and search presence, one that runs TV, radio, and print as well as digital ads, one that focuses on faith-based schools, or one that follows up with parent inquiries for you. This page compares seven agencies that market private and independent schools: Cube Creative, Elevate Education Marketing, Metric Marketing, SchneiderB Media, Tassel Marketing, Truth Tree, and Taylor Wiz. For each one we show who it says it serves, what it offers, and the results it publishes, in its own words.
The most useful thing to compare is not the list of services. It is the proof. Ask three things of any agency's results: how far toward enrollment the result goes, whether it shows what each family cost in dollars, and whether it holds across many schools or comes from one. The table below answers those questions for each agency, from its own website.
How we built this comparison
- Who is included. Agencies that say on their own website that they market private, independent, or faith-based K-12 schools, and that publish a private school page, client, or result. Software companies are not included, because this page compares agencies.
- Where the facts come from. Each agency's own website only. We read the homepage, services pages, private school pages, and case study or results pages. We did not use reviews, directories, or press releases.
- How claims are written. Every claim is attributed: the agency "says" or "reports." We quote figures exactly as published. We do not add adjectives. Where the table says "Not found," it means we did not find it on the pages we read. It is not a claim that the agency lacks it, because a page we did not read may cover it.
- What is left out. Any ranking or score, and pricing figures. Where an agency publishes pricing, we say so and link to it.
- When it was checked. October 26, 2026. We recheck every agency before each update and show the date at the top of each entry.
- Corrections. Any agency listed can send a correction through our contact page. We publish corrections under our editorial policy.
How to compare agency results
A family moves through five steps: they see an ad, they click, they inquire, they submit an application, and the school enrolls them. A result reported at the first step tells you how many people saw an ad. A result reported at the fourth or fifth step tells you how many families acted. A result in dollars at that step tells you what each family cost.

Cube Creative, Elevate Education Marketing, Metric Marketing, SchneiderB Media, Tassel Marketing, and Truth Tree report Step 5, one step past us. Taylor Wiz stops at Step 4 because it is the last step marketing controls.
The proof test

| Elevate Education Marketing | Enrollment Percent growth | Percent change only | Blueprint Education testimonial; private or charter not stated | Not found |
| Metric Marketing | Enrollment Return on ad spend | Return on ad spend as a percent only | Thomas Jefferson Independent Day School and Presentation High School | Not found |
| SchneiderB Media | Enrollment Applications and students enrolled | Not found | Not named (a Virginia independent school) | Not found |

| Taylor Wiz | Submitted application Applications and inquiries | $113 per submitted application, from charter school accounts only | Not yet for private schools | Not yet for private schools |
From the private school results each agency published on the pages we read, October 26, 2026. "Not found" means we did not find it on those pages. It is not a claim that the agency lacks it.
Six agencies on this list report enrollments, one step past where Taylor Wiz measures. Taylor Wiz stops at the submitted application because that is the last step marketing controls: the school runs admissions, interviews, financial aid, and enrollment. See Leads vs Enrollments.

Its published figures come from charter school accounts: in the Charter Enrollment Marketing Benchmark, October 2025 to September 2026, a submitted application cost $113 in Meta ad spend. Taylor Wiz will publish a private school figure once it has enough private school data to report it honestly.
- What it focuses on: Parent outreach. A parent who fills out a Meta lead form is contacted within 15 minutes during business hours, sent the application link, and followed up by text or phone until the family submits an application. The school then runs admissions and enrollment.
- Where it may not fit: If you want Google search ads, TV, radio, print, branding only, or an agency that reports enrollments, another agency on this page offers them.
Which kind of agency fits your school?
- You need a new website and search visibility. Cube Creative, Metric Marketing, and Tassel Marketing list website work. Cube Creative, SchneiderB Media, and Truth Tree list SEO and paid search.
- You want TV, radio, print, or outdoor alongside digital. Elevate Education Marketing lists traditional media.
- You are a faith-based school. Tassel Marketing says it serves faith-based and independent schools, and Truth Tree publishes results for Catholic and Christian schools.
- You want coaching for your own team. SchneiderB Media lists a fractional marketer program with coaching calls and a training membership.
- Families inquire but do not apply. Look for an agency that follows up with every inquiry and reports submitted applications. That is the gap Taylor Wiz works on.
Ten questions to ask any private school marketing agency
- What unit do you report results in: impressions, inquiries, applications, or enrollments?
- What did a submitted application or a new enrollment cost at a school like ours last year, in ad spend only?
- Can we speak with a private school client of our size and type?
- Who answers a parent inquiry, how fast, and on weekends?
- Do we own the ad accounts, the website, and the parent data if we leave?
- Which results on your website are from private schools, and which are from other kinds of clients?
- How do you market to families using ESA, voucher, or scholarship funds in our state?
- What do you report each month, and who on your team explains it?
- When should we start before our admissions season and re-enrollment deadline?
- What does it take to end the contract, and what do we keep?

Frequently asked questions
What is the best private school marketing agency?
It depends on what your school needs. Cube Creative, Elevate Education Marketing, Metric Marketing, SchneiderB Media, Tassel Marketing, Truth Tree, and Taylor Wiz all market private schools. They differ in services and in how they report results. Compare how far each agency's results go toward enrollment, whether they show a dollar cost per family, and whether they come from named schools.
Is this page a ranking?
No. Agencies are listed in alphabetical order, with Taylor Wiz last because Taylor Wiz wrote the page. Every claim about another agency comes from that agency's own website.
How do I compare agency results fairly?
Compare the same step. An inquiry, a submitted application, and an enrollment are different steps. Then ask what each family cost in dollars at that step, which named schools the result comes from, and whether it holds across many schools. Ask for ad spend only, so fees do not blur the number.
Do private school marketing agencies publish pricing?
Most of the agencies on this page do not publish pricing for their agency services on the pages we read. Cube Creative publishes monthly plans on its private school page, and SchneiderB Media publishes the price of its training membership. Taylor Wiz pricing is scoped to each school on a strategy call, based on your enrollment goals and your market.
Is a private school marketing agency different from a charter school one?
Often the same agencies serve both, but the work differs. Private schools sell tuition, financial aid, and fit, and many now market to ESA and scholarship families. See Charter vs Private School Marketing and Best Charter School Marketing Agencies.
How can an agency on this page correct its entry?
Send the correction through our contact page. We check it against the agency's website and update the page under our editorial policy.
