Best Charter School Marketing Agencies in 2026: 7 Agencies Compared

Taylor Wiz is one of the agencies on this page. We wrote it, so we are not neutral. We do not rank anyone, including ourselves. Agencies are listed in alphabetical order, with Taylor Wiz last. Every claim about another agency comes from that agency's own website, is attributed to them, and was checked on October 15, 2026. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

There is no single best charter school marketing agency. The right one depends on what your school needs: an agency that also offers financing, one that runs TV and radio as well as digital ads, one that builds your website and lottery system, or one that answers parent inquiries for you. This page compares seven agencies that market to charter schools: Charter Connect, Elevate Education Marketing, Grow Schools, KELLYBRADY, Kreative Webworks, Target River, and Taylor Wiz. For each one we show who it says it serves, what it offers, and the results it publishes, in its own words.

The most useful thing to compare is not the list of services. It is the proof. Ask three things of any agency's results: how far toward enrollment the result goes, whether it shows what each family cost in dollars, and whether it holds across many schools or comes from one. The table below answers those questions for each agency, from its own website.

How we built this comparison

  1. Who is included. Agencies that say on their own website that they market to charter schools, and that publish a charter school page, charter client, or charter result. Software companies are not included, because this page compares agencies.
  2. Where the facts come from. Each agency's own website only. We read the homepage, services pages, charter school pages, and case study or results pages. We did not use reviews, directories, or press releases.
  3. How claims are written. Every claim is attributed: the agency "says" or "reports." We quote figures exactly as published. We do not add adjectives. Where the table says "Not found," it means we did not find it on the pages we read. It is not a claim that the agency lacks it, because a page we did not read may cover it.
  4. What is left out. Pricing (no agency on this page publishes it, Taylor Wiz included), and any ranking or score.
  5. When it was checked. October 15, 2026. We recheck every agency before each update and show the date at the top of each entry.
  6. Corrections. Any agency listed can send a correction through our contact page. We publish corrections under our editorial policy.

How to compare agency results

This is the comparison that matters most when you read any agency's case studies. A family moves through five steps: they see an ad, they click, they inquire, they submit an application, and the school enrolls them. A result reported at the first step tells you how many people saw an ad. A result reported at the fourth or fifth step tells you how many families acted. A result in dollars at that step tells you what each family cost.

Three agencies on this list report enrollments, one step past where Taylor Wiz measures. Taylor Wiz stops at the submitted application because that is the last step marketing controls: the school runs the lottery, collects documents, and completes enrollment, and schools rarely have a reliable way to report each enrollment back to an agency. Taylor Wiz Marketing (the author of this page)

Checked October 15, 2026. Source: taylorwiz.com

  1. Who it serves: Independent charter schools, private schools, faith-based schools, microschools, and new and opening schools.
  2. What it offers: Paid advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), creative and video, enrollment websites, and parent outreach. Taylor Wiz does not run Google Ads, TV, radio, or print.
  3. Results it publishes: Parent inquiries, submitted applications, and ad spend per submitted application. In the Charter Enrollment Marketing Benchmark, October 2025 to September 2026, a submitted application cost $113 in Meta ad spend. Across the 4 named case study schools, from 2023 to October 2026, 2,214 submitted applications represent $25,752,975 in one year of public funding. That is what the schools would receive in one year if every applicant enrolled. Not every applicant enrolls, so it is the size of the opportunity, not money received. Named case studies include Memphis Merit Academy (413 submitted applications at $41 each) and Forte Prep Academy (577 families reached out, 259 submitted applications at $92 each). See Results and the Charter Enrollment Marketing Benchmark.
  4. What it focuses on: Parent outreach. A parent who fills out a Meta lead form is sent the application link by text, and the team follows up by text or phone until the family submits an application. The school then completes enrollment.
  5. Where it may not fit: If you want Google search ads, TV, radio, print, staffing campaigns, or financing, another agency on this page offers them.

Which kind of agency fits your school?

  1. You also need financing or a facility. Look at an agency that offers both, such as Grow Schools.
  2. You want TV, radio, print, or outdoor alongside digital. Elevate Education Marketing, KELLYBRADY, and Target River list traditional media.
  3. You need staffing or attendance marketing as well as enrollment. Target River lists both for charter schools.
  4. You need a new website and lottery software. Charter Connect lists website design and its own lottery software. Kreative Webworks lists website development and SEO.
  5. Families inquire but do not apply. Look for an agency that runs parent follow-up and reports submitted applications. That is the gap Taylor Wiz works on.

Ten questions to ask any charter school marketing agency

  1. What unit do you report results in: impressions, leads, enrollments, or submitted applications?
  2. What did a submitted application or new enrollment cost at a school like ours last year, in ad spend only?
  3. Can we speak with a charter school client in our state?
  4. Who answers a parent inquiry, how fast, and on weekends?
  5. Do we own the ad accounts, the website, and the parent data if we leave?
  6. Which results on your website are from charter schools, and which are from other kinds of clients?
  7. What do you report each month, and who on your team explains it?
  8. How do you keep our advertising within our state's and authorizer's rules for public schools?
  9. When should we start before our application window or lottery date?
  10. What does it take to end the contract, and what do we keep?

Frequently asked questions

What is the best charter school marketing agency?

It depends on what your school needs. Charter Connect, Elevate Education Marketing, Grow Schools, KELLYBRADY, Kreative Webworks, Target River, and Taylor Wiz all market to charter schools. They differ in services and in how they report results. Compare how far each agency's results go toward enrollment, whether they show a dollar cost per family, and whether they hold across many schools.

Is this page a ranking?

No. Agencies are listed in alphabetical order, with Taylor Wiz last because Taylor Wiz wrote the page. Every claim about another agency comes from that agency's own website.

How do I compare agency results fairly?

Compare the same step. An impression, a lead, a submitted application, and an enrollment are different steps. Then ask three questions: what did each family cost in dollars at that step, which named schools does the result come from, and does it hold across many schools? Ask for ad spend only, so fees do not blur the number.

Do charter school marketing agencies publish pricing?

None of the seven agencies on this page publishes pricing on its website. Taylor Wiz pricing is scoped to each school on a strategy call, based on your enrollment goals and your market.

Does a marketing agency enroll the students?

Not at Taylor Wiz. Taylor Wiz runs the ads, contacts families, and supports each family through submitting an application. The school then completes registration and enrollment. Ask any agency where its work ends.

How can an agency on this page correct its entry?

Send the correction through our contact page. We check it against the agency's website and update the page under our editorial policy.
